DMRD Real Estate consultancy is “pleased with the negotiations to expand our B2B real estate network in China, we have found a partner that share a similar code of conduct and emphasizes on a high level of hospitality pre and post sales”.

The companies are currently engaged in discussions with several Thailand based developers and evaluating projects in Phuket and Bangkok which will be market in Hainan, Jiangsu, Chongqing, Guangdong, Beijing and Shanghai by Q3 2019. Our aim is to maintain a unique real estate portfolio – with quality projects. We have always kept distance from the “ordinary” projects that are being marketed to the China masses. We place a high importance on due diligence and the project feasibility.

The cooperation will include customized B2C roadshows, seminars, and exclusive project introductions that can only be reached through us. ANThai Director Mr Han says ‘The ‘Belt and Road’ initiative for Thailand has become more tangible now that construction at the Bang Sue Grand Station takes serious form. China has been flooded with ordinary Thai projects, Chinese investors have been very disappointed about the miserable after sales service and troublesome Thai rental market. But the love for Thailand remains strong.

DMRD currently has a strong network in several international markets including India, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Myanmar, Dubai, UK and parts of Western Europe.

Early this year, the company said it had begun business development operations in China.

On an exclusive basis we are about to launch a world-renowned Hotel Managed Residential project on the coast of Mai Khao Phuket, and place Phuket as a preferred investment destination. All agreements have been signed in Singapore under the supervision of the hotel legal counsel and the developers legal counsel. We are educating the Chinese investors on due diligence steps and create awareness about the importance of a Hotel Management Agreement.

Our initiative did not get unnoticed, this June we are personally invited to meet a high-level delegation from the Department of Commerce Guangdong Province, Thai-Chinese chamber of commerce and the Chinese Embassy to discuss cooperation in specific for their investor base in Guangdong – Hong Kong – Macau Greater Bay Area.
